The funding, led by Reflex Capital with contributions from Tilia Impact Ventures and support from the European Investment Fund and Lighthouse Ventures, will facilitate the company’s ongoing international expansion and development of innovative product features aimed at enhancing user experience and engagement.

Originally established as a non-profit anti-bullying initiative for students, FaceUp has evolved into a global entity with offices across four continents, serving over 3,360 organizations in more than 60 countries. The platform's current annual recurring revenue exceeds $1.5 million, demonstrating its strong market position and profitability ahead of this funding round. The capital raised will specifically target the scaling of operations in the U.S., Latin America, and the Middle East, as well as the advancement of new features to improve the platform's functionality.

FaceUp is set to introduce several new tools, including an AI assistant, a team temperature check feature, an anonymous Q&A system for meetings, and an extension of its survey solutions. These enhancements will not only improve user engagement but also further cement FaceUp's position as a leader in promoting workplace transparency and accountability.
